The science of a carpet you can walk on now
Dry extraction is a low-moisture system that cleans deep without soaking — the same idea as taking a fine garment to the dry cleaner instead of throwing it in a bucket of water.
How a dry clean works
Loosen
We groom the carpet to lift compacted soil up out of the base of the fibers, where vacuums can't reach.
Absorb
Natural, slightly damp cleaning sponges are brushed through the pile. They draw in dirt, grease and odor like thousands of tiny magnets.
Extract
We vacuum the sponges back out — dirt and all — leaving fibers clean, fresh, residue-free and dry enough to walk on right away.
The five soil levels we clean
Your price depends on how much soil has compacted into the carpet. Here's the scale our technicians use during your estimate.
Your carpet is a filter. We empty it.
Carpet quietly traps the soil, dust and allergens tracked in every day — until it's full and starts releasing them back into the air you breathe. A true dry clean pulls all of that out instead of pushing it deeper with water.
- Pulls out the soil, dust and allergens that settle deep in the pile
- Reduces dust mites and the allergens they leave behind
- Helps with pet dander and mold spores held in the fibers
- Safe for newborns, toddlers and pets — Green Sealed & USDA BioBased
